The present website iqtest (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned and operated, as joint controllers, by the following enterprises (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”):

Welcome to ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD. By accessing or using the iqtest website (iqtest) and our subscription services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD (“we” or “us”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Continued use of our site implies consent to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. 7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

a. Trial and Recurring Subscription: We may offer a promotional 24-hour trial for $0.50 USD. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a $39.90 USD monthly subscription and will continue to renew automatically every month until cancelled.

b. Payment Processor: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor through RevUp (https://www.revuppayments.com/). Payments are securely processed by RevUp, and we do not store your full financial account information.

c. Taxes: Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

d. Billing Issues: You must provide accurate billing information and contact us at [email protected] for any billing errors.

e. Merchant of Record: ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD acts as the merchant of record for transactions made through the Service unless otherwise stated at checkout. Our designated payment processor, RevUp, processes payments on our behalf.

As applicable Merchant of Record, the relevant entity is the legal party responsible for processing customer payments, managing payment compliance, handling chargebacks and payment disputes, and appearing on your bank or card statement for the relevant transaction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the applicable Merchant of Record will process your payment and may appear as the billing descriptor on your bank or card statement.

Your bank or card statement may display a descriptor associated with ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD or RevUp, depending on the payment flow used to process the transaction.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are final and non-refundable by default, subject to applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD provides the Service “as is” and “as available”.

10. Limitation of Liability

ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD’s total cumulative liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD and its affiliates.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
