Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 04/17/2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website iqtest (“Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy, unless you have disabled them via our cookie preference tools or your browser settings.
ROOMATIC MARKETING LTD provides this Cookie Policy to comply with the EU ePrivacy Directive (“Cookie Law”) requirements for transparency and consent regarding cookies. Even if you are a user outside the EU, this policy gives you clear information about our cookie practices.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owners. Cookies allow a website to recognize your device on subsequent visits, remember your preferences, and improve your user experience. Other tracking technologies similar to cookies include web beacons (clear GIFs), pixels, or tags – these can allow us to obtain information such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. In this policy, we use the term “cookies” to refer to all such tracking technologies.
Cookies can be “session” cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) or “persistent” cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them). Cookies can also be categorized as “first-party” (set by our Site) or “third-party” (set by a domain different from our Site, typically in connection with services like analytics or advertising). Below we explain the categories of cookies we use and why.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies to deliver and optimize our Service, as well as to understand and measure its performance. Specifically, our Site uses the following categories of cookies:
Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the operation of our website and to use its features. Without these cookies, services you have asked for (like logging in or secure checkout) cannot be provided. For example, they help authenticate your account and keep you logged in as you navigate the site, or retain your shopping cart items. Strictly necessary cookies are generally session cookies set by us. Consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies under applicable law, and you cannot disable them via our consent manager (though you can still block them in your browser settings, but the site may not function properly). We explain these cookies in our cookie table (see Section 4 below).
Preferences Cookies (Functionality): These cookies allow our Site to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, more personalized features. For example, they may remember your username, language or region preference, or other customizations you’ve made in the past. Preference cookies may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages (e.g., a live chat widget remembering your name). While not strictly necessary, these cookies improve your experience. By enabling these, you will have a more convenient and tailored browsing experience (for instance, no need to re-enter details every time). If you disable them, some of these functionalities may not work as intended.
Analytics/Statistics Cookies: Also known as performance cookies, these cookies collect information about how visitors use our Site (pages visited, time spent, links clicked, error messages, and other usage statistics). Importantly, this information is aggregated and anonymous – analytics cookies do not identify you personally. We use these cookies to understand user interactions with our Site, measure the effectiveness of features or content, and improve our website over time. For example, we use Google Analytics which sets cookies to help us analyze site traffic. The data may include your truncated IP address, but not your name or contact details. Analytics cookies will only be set with your consent where required. If you disable these cookies, we will have less insight into website performance, but the core functionality will remain unaffected.
Marketing Cookies: These cookies are used to track your browsing habits and activity across our Site and other sites in order to serve you targeted advertisements that are relevant to your interests. They can also limit the number of times you see an ad and help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These are typically third-party cookies placed by advertising networks with our permission. For example, if we participate in any advertising, a cookie may remember that you visited our Site and later show you ads for our Service on other websites. Marketing cookies may collect information such as your device identifier, browser information, and browsing behavior. We only use such cookies if you have given consent. If enabled, these cookies may share limited info with third parties (like ad partners); if disabled, you will see generic advertising instead of tailored ads, but you can still use our Site normally.
(We do not currently use any “Social Media” cookies that integrate with platforms like Facebook or Twitter to track usage, aside from the categories above. If that changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent as needed.)
In addition to the above, we might use other cookies that don’t neatly fit into these categories, such as security cookies (to help prevent fraudulent logins), or “unclassified” cookies that are in the process of being categorized. We maintain an up-to-date list of all cookies in use (see Section 4).
3. Your Choices: Consent and Control
Consent Banner: On your first visit to our Site (and periodically thereafter), you will see a cookie banner or consent management platform (CMP) prompt. This banner informs you about the types of cookies we use and asks for your consent to set non-essential cookies (i.e., preferences, analytics, marketing). You have the option to accept all cookies or to customize your preferences and accept only certain categories. We will not set non-essential cookies unless you opt-in to them, in line with GDPR and ePrivacy Directive requirements. Your consent choices will be stored and honored on subsequent visits (for a certain duration, e.g., 6 or 12 months, unless you clear cookies or change your preferences).
Cookie Preference Center: You can change your cookie settings at any time by accessing our Cookie Preference Center (link or button, e.g., “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of the page). There, you can toggle the different cookie categories on or off (except strictly necessary cookies which are always on). Any change will be effective immediately (or after reloading the page). We will record when and how you consented in order to maintain an audit trail (as required by law). If you withdraw consent for a category, we will stop using those cookies and delete them (to the extent possible) from your device.
Browser Settings: In addition to using our tools, you can control cookies through your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. For example, you may set your browser to refuse all cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie. You can also usually delete cookies that have already been set. Please note that if you disable cookies entirely via your browser, strictly necessary cookies (and other types) may also be blocked, which could affect site functionality (e.g., you may not be able to log in or use certain features). Each browser’s methods for doing so differ slightly; you can check your browser’s help documentation for instructions or visit informational sites like allaboutcookies.org, which provide guidance on managing cookies.
Opt-Out Mechanisms: For third-party cookies, you can also opt-out using mechanisms provided by those third parties. For example:
Google Analytics – you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics across all websites.
Google Ads or other advertising cookies – use the Google Ads Settings or industry opt-out sites like the NAI opt-out page or YourOnlineChoices EU to manage ad personalization.
Do Not Track (DNT) – Our Site currently does not respond to DNT signals due to the lack of an industry standard, but you can exercise the choices described above.
Note: Even after opting out of targeted advertising cookies, you may still see generic ads online; they just won’t be tailored using cookie data from our Site.
We make it as easy to withdraw consent as it was to give it. If you have any difficulty managing your cookie preferences, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

5. Third-Party Partners
Some cookies (especially in the analytics and marketing categories) are placed by third-party services we use. We want to highlight key partners:
Google Analytics: As noted, we use Google Analytics. Google may set cookies (e.g.,
_ga,_gid) to collect usage data. All data is aggregated and used to help us understand website traffic. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out as described above.RevUp: Our payment provider, RevUp, sets cookies that are strictly necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention. These cookies (like
__stripe_sidand__stripe_mid) help identify devices and ensure that transactions are secure. They do not track you for advertising but are essential for the checkout process. For more information, see RevUp’s Cookie Policy / Privacy Policy.Google Ads: If enabled, Google Ads conversion tracking cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These cookies do not personally identify users and can be managed through your Google Ads preferences.
We do not have control over the cookies deployed by third parties, other than our ability to enable or disable them via your consent. Such third parties may use the collected information for their own purposes, in accordance with their privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of those providers for further details on their practices.
6. ePrivacy and GDPR Compliance
Our use of cookies adheres to the requirements of the EU’s ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR: we obtain prior consent for non-essential cookies, provide clear and comprehensive information about cookies, document users’ consent choices, and allow users to use our service even if they refuse non-essential cookies. We also make withdrawing consent straightforward. For strictly necessary cookies, we rely on the exemption as they are essential to provide the service you requested (per Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). For all other cookies, we rely on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Where personal data is involved (e.g., an IP address in analytics), our Privacy Policy provides additional details on how that data is handled. We do not share cookie data with third parties for their own use except as described, nor do we sell personal information collected via cookies. If you have any questions about our cookie practices, you can contact us as set out below.
7. Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. In some cases, we might provide additional notice (such as on our homepage or via email). We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are using cookies. If we make material changes, we may also prompt you to renew your cookie consent. Your continued use of the Site after any update signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
