Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date from your account area when available or by contacting support. Once cancelled, access usually continues until the end of the period already paid for unless local law requires otherwise.

Important details

Cancellation stops future renewals, not the current paid period.
If you subscribed through a mobile app store, cancellation may need to be completed in that store account.
Keep your cancellation confirmation for your records.

If you believe your cancellation was not applied correctly, contact support as soon as possible with your purchase email and latest charge date.
